Poster Presentations Guidelines
Preparation Guidelines:
- Allowable poster size : A1 (594 mm wide × 841 mm high; 23.4 inches × 33.1 inches ) or A0 (841 mm wide × 1189 mm high; 33.1 inches × 46.8 inches) in portrait orientation.
- Do not use multiple smaller sheets (e.g., A3 or A4); a single large sheet must be used.
Presentation Instructions:
- Posters must be set up during a coffee break or lunch time on June 12.
- Use only the poster board assigned to your poster ID number.
- Posters must be attached using staples, which can be borrowed from the on-site conference organizers.
- Presenters are expected to stand by their posters during the poster session to interact with attendees.
- Please attend the Friday session, where several Poster Awards will be announced.
Removal Instructions:
- Posters must be removed immediately after your session, and no later than 16:30 on June 12.
